Emma Leck LLC, operating as The Closer Collective ("The Closer Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through https://theclosercollective.co/ and its associated pages, checkout providers, and course or community platforms (collectively, the "Site" and "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
Information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, and any information you provide when you join our community, enroll in a program, contact us, or submit a testimonial.
Payment information — when you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or bank details ourselves; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant systems. We receive limited information from Stripe such as your name, billing email, purchase amount, and transaction status.
Community and course platform data — if you join our community or course, hosted on Skool, your profile information, posts, messages, and activity within that platform are governed by Skool's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Automatically collected information — like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, typically through cookies or similar technologies (see Section 5).
